Nets Validator Authority problems from C server (with Hardware Security Module).

Occasionally Nets Validator Authority reports that the certificate behind the OCSP(Online Certificate Status Protocol) request is unauthorized for the operation. Some cases the Unauthorized code message disappear after few seconds. In Pre-Production environment.
